Conditioning

Here you can discuss any thoughts or ideas for conditioning. More agility? More cardio? More strength? Do we want to vary practices and get a squash later going, maybe get in the pool, or do something else. Discuss away...

Squash ladder

I definitely like the idea of a squash ladder. Has anyone looked into organizing this yet? I can do it if no one else has yet.

Pat, it would be awesome if you can organize it for the next few weeks. I'll start a new a new thread under "getting ready for the spring" to organize it.
