Ernie's Ultimate tips #1

here is an ultimate tips for y'all cutters out there:

whenever you're running like you got your head chopped off on offense, always keep a mental count/or try to estimate what the handler's stall count is at. This way, you can:

1. anticipate a punt from a handler (when a handler punts off a high stall count, they usually punt to an open space, know where the open space is and run to it)
2. anticpate the swing. (when a stall counts get high, it usually mean that the dump throw is made and it is your job to continue the swing by making the break cuts)

by keeping a mental stall count in your head, the timing of your cuts will improve and enables your offense to run smoother. It is also easier to deceive your defender because you won't be looking at where you cut before you cut, you'll simply "know" where to cut. this wll give you an edge and pull some distance between you and your defender. Obviously that it is impossible to keep an accurate count in your head but even estimating the stall count will help. Some of you might ask: "Why does this only applies to the cutters?" becasue us handlers have to know what the stall count is at all times (to make dump cuts)
